The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 26 November 2012 the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 86.4 pence per share.
 
The net asset value is stated excluding a dividend of 2.5p per share. This dividend will be payable from the capital reserves of the Company on 30 November 2012 to shareholders on the register of the Company on 2 November 2012.
