Det vises til børsmelding datert 12. februar 2013 vedrørende utløp av tegningsperioden for reparasjonsemisjonen i Havila Shipping ASA ("Havila Shipping", ticker: "HAVI").
Kapitalforhøyelsen knyttet til reparasjonsemisjonen i Havila Shipping, vedtatt av selskapets styre den 25. januar 2013, er nå registrert i Foretaksregisteret.
Den nye aksjekapitalen i Havila Shipping er NOK 377.244.987,50 fordelt på 30.179.599 aksjer hver pålydende NOK 12,50.
De nye aksjene som er utstedt i forbindelse med reparasjonsemisjonen vil bli registrert på de aktuelle tegnernes VPS-konti og være notert på Oslo Børs rundt 20. februar 2013.
