Filing of the 2012 Reference Document - Annual Financial Report
Paris, 8 April 2013. EDF's reference document for the 2012 financial year was filed with the French financial market authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) on 5 April 2013.
The following documents are included in the reference document:
· the 2012 annual financial report ;
· the Chairman of the Board of Director's report pursuant to Article L.225-37 of the French Commercial Code (included as annex A);
· the information regarding the fees of the statutory auditors (included in section 20.3);
· a description of the share buyback program (included in section 21.1.3.1).
The reference document is available on the Company's website at http://finance.edf.com, under the "News and Publications" section. Copies of the reference document are also available at the Company's head office located at 22-30 avenue de Wagram (75008 Paris).
