The Boards of the Companies are pleased to confirm that further to the announcement made on 21 June 2013 and the passing of the resolutions at the general meetings of the Companies held on 3 June 2013 relating to the Sale Proposals, as defined and details of which are set out in the circular to the Companies' shareholders dated 3 May 2013 (the "Circular"), the transfer by the Companies of their investments in Calastone Limited, in accordance with the Sale Proposals, completed on 31 October 2013.
