MARTELA CORPORATION’S FINANCIAL REPORTING 2014


Martela Corporation’s financial statements for 2013 will be published on Tuesday 4 February 2014.

Three interim reports will be published in 2014:

- January-March (Q1) on Tuesday 29 April 2014
- January-June (Q2) on Wednesday  6 August 2014
- January-September (Q3) Tuesday 28 October 2014

The Annual Report for the year 2013 will be published on Martela’s website during week 9.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 13 March 2014 at 15.00. The Board of Directors will summon the meeting on company’s website at a later date. A shareholder who wishes to include a matter on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting should submit such request in writing by 10 January 2014 to Martela Oyj, Board of Directors, P.O. Box 44, 00371 Helsinki, Finland.

The financial statement and the interim reports will be published in Finnish and English on the company’s website www.martela.fi and www.martela.com
