The Annual General Meeting of Electromagnetic Geoservices ASA was held today. All the proposals from the Board of Director's were resolved, except item 10, regarding authorization to the Company to call EGM with two weeks' notice. This proposal was withdrawn by the Board.
Guro Høyaas Løken was elected as new board member.
