The Board of Octopus AIM VCT plc announces that as at 14 July 2014 the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary shares was approximately 113.1 pence per share ex dividend.
 
The net asset value is stated excluding a dividend of 3.0 pence per share. This dividend will be paid on 24 July 2014, if approved at the AGM, to those shareholders on the register on 27June 2014.
