SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 14, 2015) - Talent Board, a non-profit organization focused on the promotion and data benchmark research of a quality candidate experience, today announced that ManpowerGroup Solutions, a global leader in outsourcing services for large-scale recruiting and workforce-intensive initiatives, will serve as a Global Platinum supporter of the 2015 Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards. This marks the second consecutive year of ManpowerGroup Solutions' backing of the program.

Founded in 2011, the CandE Awards is an annual benchmarking and recognition program designed to show participating organizations how the candidate experience they provide to job seekers compares to those of their peers, while learning the best practices to continually improve their application, interview and onboarding processes. Now in its fifth year, the program has grown considerably, expanding from North America to include programs in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and the Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions. As a returning Global Platinum supporter of the CandE Awards, ManpowerGroup Solutions shows its commitment to highlighting the importance of providing a transparent, positive and informative candidate experience.

"At ManpowerGroup Solutions, a significant part of our work is helping jobseekers find meaningful employment and attracting the best workforce for our clients. We believe the candidate experience plays a critical role in building those connections and helping employers make a positive impression on their candidates from the start," said Kate Donovan, senior vice president for ManpowerGroup Solutions and global RPO president. "We are proud to once again work with Talent Board to advance the organization's mission of celebrating those companies that exemplify what a candidate experience should be, while providing all participants with crucial information they can use to enhance their recruiting practices."

"The Candidate Experience Awards wouldn't be possible without the support of like-minded organizations that share our commitment to raising awareness of the important role of the candidate experience in the hiring process," said Gerry Crispin, Talent Board co-founder and principal and co-founder of CareerXroads. "Talent Board is thrilled to welcome back ManpowerGroup Solutions as a Global Platinum supporter, and we look forward to working together again to recognize those companies that get the candidate experience right."

Talent Board will announce the 2015 CandE Award winners during the Second Annual Candidate Experience Symposium. This three-day event, being held September 30-October 2, 2015, will unite talent acquisition experts, industry influencers, CandE Award winners and top HR leaders for keynote addresses, informative panels and roundtable discussions. Attendees will take away actionable insights to improve the candidate experience at their organizations. The Fifth Annual CandE Awards Reception and Banquet is scheduled for the evening of Thursday, October 1, 2015.
