Tórshavn, Faroe Islands, 2016-03-01 17:43 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atlantic Petroleum (NASDAQ OMX COPENHAGEN: ATLA DKK & Oslo Stock Exchange: ATLA NOK) postpones the date for issuing the Annual Accounts for 2015 from 22nd March to 30th March, and postpones the Annual General Meeting to be held from 19th April 2016 to 29th April 2016.
Therefore the financial calendar for 2016 is reissued to announce a changed Annual Accounts 2015 announcement date from Tuesday 22nd March to Wednesday 30th March, and a changed Annual General Meeting Date from Tuesday 19th April to Friday 29th April 2016:
- Wednesday 30th March: Annual Accounts 2015 to be issued.
- Friday 29th April: Annual General Meeting.
- Wednesday 25th May: 1st Quarter 2016 Condensed Consolidated Interim Report to be issued.
- Thursday 25th August: 2nd Quarter 2016 Condensed Consolidated Interim Report to be issued.
- Thursday 24th November: 3rd Quarter 2016 Condensed Consolidated Interim Report to be issued.
