The board of directors of Oasmia Pharmaceutical AB (publ) (”Oasmia”, ”Company” or “Group”) has prepared a prospectus (“Prospectus”) concerning the new issue of shares with preferential rights for the current shareholders (“Rights Issue”), which was announced 12 June 2017.
