New Offer for Subscription (the "Offer")
The Company is pleased to announce its intention to launch an Offer to raise up to the Sterling equivalent of €5 million (approximately £4.5 million) by way of an issue of new ordinary shares in the Company. This is the maximum amount allowed under the EU Prospectus Directive 2003/71/EC without the issue of a full prospectus.
