AS PRFoods AS 100% owned subsidiaries Saaremere Kala AS, Trio Trading Oy and Heimon Kala Oy (Trio Trading Oy and Heimon Kala Oy have signed merger contract on 5.10.2018, merger not completed) management boards change as follows: Mats Storbjörk and Ville Sammallahti are resigning from the management boards of mentioned companies. They continue fulfilling management positions in merged Trio Trading Oy and Heimon Kala Oy under existing employment contracts.
Management of AS PRFoods (sole shareholder of Saaremere Kala AS) has recommended Saaremere Kala AS supervisory board to nominate Ivari Vokk as new member of Saaremere Kala AS management board. Ivari Vokk worked as the managing director of Horeca Service OÜ from 2013 up to 2017. Ivari Vokk is board member of group’s companies Vettel OÜ and was management board member of GourmetHouse OÜ (merger contract signed between the mentioned companies on 29.06.2018, merger completed). Ivari Vokk is also management board member of Maitse.com OÜ. Ivari Vokk does not own any shares of AS PRFoods.
AS PRFoods is continuously looking to make management structures of the group more efficient and has announced merger of its subsidiaries based on regional and operational synergies.
