LAS VEGAS and ATLANTA , Nov. 26, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bomgar, a leader in Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, today announced the ability to deploy its Bomgar Cloud Remote Support and Privileged Access appliances within Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments. The announcement was made today at AWS re:Invent in Las Vegas where Bomgar is an exhibitor in booth #1912. Bomgar, which acquired BeyondTrust earlier this year, will rebrand under the BeyondTrust name at the start of 2019.
Bomgar now offers more deployment options than any other privileged or remote access vendor, including on-premises physical and virtual appliances, Appliance-as-a-Service, and now within an organization’s own AWS instance – utilizing the trusted security measures already in place. In addition to AWS, Bomgar’s public cloud support offerings also include Microsoft Azure.
Anyone with remote access to systems and privileged credentials are prime targets for cyberattacks. Using Bomgar, employees and vendors can access systems and support people easily, while protecting credentials and endpoints from threats. Regardless of deployment type, every session generates detailed audit logs and video recordings to help organizations meet their security standards.
