With reference to Section 29 of the Danish Security Trading Act, Nilfisk Holding A/S has been informed that PrimeStone Capital LLP has acquired shares in Nilfisk Holding A/S resulting in the 15% threshold being passed.
PrimeStone Capital LLP’s total shareholding has increased to 4,286,033 shares corresponding to 15.80% percent of the share capital of Nilfisk Holding A/S.
