The Supervisory Board of AS Baltika approved on the meeting held on 20th March 2019 the Annual report and loss allocation proposal for the year 2018 of AS Baltika for presentation on the annual shareholders meeting. The financial results have changed compared to unaudited results disclosed on 28th February 2019. On 14th March 2019, the Supervisory Board of AS Baltika approved the 2019 and 2020 operational plan, according to which brand portfolio will be optimized, business processes will be significantly simplified and production in Estonian production units will be dissolved. Additional one-off costs related with the new operational plan in amount of 1,978 thousand euros were recognised in financial year 2018.
