Notification on the acquisition of the voting rights

Apranga APB received the notification from Minvista UAB and MG investment UAB about acquisition of the voting rights (see attachment). The declared threshold that was crossed - 75%. Date of threshold - 23 September 2021. The reason for crossing the threshold - acquisition of the voting rights.
