EVLI PLC PRESS RELEASE AUGUST 29, 2022 AT 1.00 PM (EET/EEST)
Evli Plc ("Evli") is initiating merger proceedings to merge its wholly owned subsidiary Aurator Asset Management Ltd ("Aurator") into Evli Plc. The aim of the transaction is to simplify the group structure of Evli.
The merger will have no impact on the product and service offering of either Evli or Aurator. The Turku office will continue to operate with the current team and the Aurator brand. The arrangement has no impact on personnel.
The Boards of Directors of Evli and Aurator have approved the merger plan. The planned implementation date of the merger is December 31, 2022.
The merger does not require any action from clients, who will continue to be served in the usual manner.
