Kadant Declares Cash Dividend


WESTFORD, Mass., May 18, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kadant Inc. (NYSE: KAI) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend to stockholders of $0.29 per share to be paid on August 10, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 13, 2023. Future declarations of dividends are subject to Board approval and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change.
