Canyon Creek Completes Geosciences Study on Inez Field Lease in Victoria County, Texas
HOUSTON, Sept. 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Canyon Creek Oil & Gas Inc. (A Joint Venture Company between Universal Property Development and Acquisition Corporation (OTCBB:UPDA) and USProduction & Exploration, LLC (USPX), a privately held Company) is pleased to announce that it has completed the geology on its recently acquired 243 acre lease in Victoria County. The lease is located in the Inez Gas Field about one mile west of Inez, Texas. A shut-in gas well on the 243-acre lease, the No. 1 Roberts Unit, was completed in February 1990 in the Yegua sand "B" stringer at 8498 to 8510 feet.

The Board of Directors in Riddarhyttan Supports Public Offer from Agnico-Eagle
GOTHENBURG, Sweden, Sept. 14, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited on May 12, 2005 announced a recommended public offer to the shareholders of Riddarhyttan Resources AB for all outstanding shares of Riddarhyttan not already owned by Agnico-Eagle. Before the offer announcement, Agnico-Eagle beneficially owned approximately 14% of Riddarhyttan's outstanding shares. In the offer, 0.1137 shares in Agnico-Eagle were being offered for each Riddarhyttan share. The offer period expired on September 9, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. (CET).

Tom Stone has much experience in the games industry, having worked eight years at Electronic Arts Europe latterly as Head of its European Studio and earlier in a number of different roles within the European publishing group. After heading up LEGO Interactive for eighteen months, Tom started the U.K.-based publisher Giant Interactive, most notably known for its LEGO games including award winning LEGO Star Wars.
