AS Tallinna Vesi submitted an application for tariff change

AS Tallinna Vesi submitted an application to the City of Tallinn to increase the
water and wastewater tariffs by 12.3%. The City of Tallinn is required to       
approve new tariffs by September 30th, 2007. The new water and wastewater       
tariffs will be applied from 1st January 2008.                                  

Changes in water and wastewater tariffs have been agreed with the City of       
Tallinn already in 2002. The change in tariffs is based on the formula, which   
comprises of agreed K coefficient and consumer price index (CPI). The new tariff
comprises of 6.5% K coefficient and 5.8% CPI.
