Construction contract

Arco Construction SIA and Lic Gotus SIA  signed a construction contract to
built a warehouse and office complex in Riga on Ulbrokas street. 

The value of the contract is 76 million kroons (4,9 million euros) +VAT.
Deadline January 2009. 

Arco Construction SIA is a construction company of which 55% belongs to Arco
Group.
