AS Tallinna Vesi submitted an application for tariff change

AS Tallinna Vesi submitted an application to Tallinn City Government to increase
the water and wastewater tariffs by 13.4%. Tallinn City Government is required  
to approve new tariffs by September 30th, 2008.                                 

Changes in water and wastewater tariffs have been agreed with Tallinn City      
Government already in 2002. The change in tariffs is based on the formula, which
takes into consideration the consumer price index (CPI) of the current year and 
the volume of investments planned for 2002-2010. The new tariff comprises of 2% 
investment coefficient and 11.4% CPI.                                           

The new water and wastewater tariffs will be approved by Tallinn City Government
and will be applied from 1st January 2009.
