Lähtudes väärtpaberituru seadusest teatas hr Stephan David Balkin AS-ile
Silvano Fashion Group (SFG), et tema poolt omandatud häälte arv SFG-s moodustab
20% kõikidest SFG aktsiatega esindatud häältest. 

Vastavalt edastatud teatele omab hr Stephan David Balkin 23. detsembri 2009. a
seisuga 8 000 000 SFG aktsiat, mis moodustavad 20% kõikidest SFG aktsiatega
esindatud häältest.
