Change of registered office address

Following the decision of the Annual General Meeting of TEO LT, AB (hereinafter
‘the Company' or ‘TEO') shareholders held on 26 April 2010 regarding the
Company's registered office, TEO registered office address changes from
Savanorių ave. 28, Vilnius, to Lvovo str. 25, Vilnius. 

Starting 1 November 2010 all correspondence should be addressed to Lvovo str.
25, LT-03501, Vilnius. The Company's other legal references remain unchanged. 

Please note, that change of the Company's registered office address has no
effect on the Company's rights and obligations as well as validity of earlier
issued documents.
