Changed registered office address

The Register of Legal Persons registered a new registered office address of TEO
LT, AB (hereinafter TEO or “the Company”) - Lvovo str. 25, Vilnius. The
Company's other legal references remain unchanged. 

Please note, that change of the Company's registered office address has no
effect on the Company's rights and obligations as well as validity of earlier
issued documents. 

In April 2010, TEO signed an agreement with UAB Nekilnojamojo Turto Gama
regarding the lease of premises in Vilnius, at Lvovo str. 25, and the Annual
General Meeting of shareholders took a decision to change TEO registered office
address from Savanorių ave. 28, Vilnius, to Lvovo str. 25, Vilnius. 

The Company's administration, which has up to now been working at Savanorių
ave. 28, specialists of Business Solutions Department, which has been located
at Galvydžio str. 7 and employees of other departments have moved to the
Vilnius Business Harbour (“Vilniaus verslo uostas“) in Lvovo street, Vilnius.
Over 500 specialists of TEO work in the premises rented in this business
centre.
