Interim Report for the Period 1 July - 30 September 2010

The Supervisory Board of Tivoli A/S has at today's board meeting considered and
adopted the Interim Report for the period 1 July - 30 September 2010. 

Results as of 30 September 2010 in outline:
- Revenue including tenants and lessees: DKK 698.4 million compared to DKK
715.5 million last year. 
- Tivoli's revenue: DKK 452.8 million compared to DKK 461.4 million last year.
- EBIT: DKK 0 million compared to DKK 15.5 million last year.
- Profit before tax: DKK -6,6 million compared to DKK 7.0 million last year.
- Profit after tax: DKK -5.7 million compared to DKK 5.3 million last year. 
- Number of guests as of 30 September 2010: 2,611,000 compared to 2,810,000
guests as of 30 September 2009. 

“The number of visitors during the Tivoli summer season 2010 did not meet our
expectations. Bad weather, with a lot of rain and lower temperatures than
normal for the season and the continuing absence of tourists in Copenhagen,
left an imprint on the number of visitors. Our guests have on the other hand
spent more money than last year, but not enough to counterbalance the decline
in the number of visitors. Since the expiry of the period we have had Halloween
in Tivoli with 294.000 guests in 10 days, which has set a new record for
Halloween in Tivoli and a headway of 7 percent in the number of visitors
compared to last year, says CFO Claus Dyhr and continues: 

In light of the very well-attended Halloween in Tivoli plus our expectations
for Christmas in Tivoli, which is not affected by Cop 15 or similar events this
year, we are pleased, that we on this basis can maintain our expectations to a
profit before tax in the level of 20 million Danish kroner., equalling the
result of last year” 

Expectations for 2010

Despite a poor attended summer season, the progress during Halloween in Tivoli
and our ex-pectations for Christmas in Tivoli are contributing to the fact,
that we are maintaining our ex-pectations for a profit before tax in the level
of 20 million DKK.
