On 5 December 2011, board member of Hofseth BioCare ASA, Roger Hofseth, transferred (off-exchange), through his wholly owned subsidiary Roger Hofseth AS, 500,000 shares of the 1,750,000 shares Roger Hofseth AS was allocated in the initial public offering (IPO) in Hofseth BioCare ASA at NOK 4 per share (equal to the subscription price in the IPO).
The transaction was a result of a financing arrangement related to Roger Hofseth's subscription in the IPO. The financing agreement was finalized on 5 December 2011. After this, Roger Hofseth holds, directly and indirectly, 18,131,266 shares equalling 31.7% of the shares in Hofseth BioCare ASA.
