Ordinary general meeting in Hofseth BioCare ASA was held in Oslo on Thursday 24 May 2012.
All items were approved in accordance with the Notice calling the General Meeting.
According to the Notice Finn Bergesen jr withdraws from the Board of Directors. Ann Kristin Holmeide was suggested and elected as new board member.
The general meeting further suggested expanding the Board of Directors with one additional member. Bjørn Tunheim was suggested and elected.
The new Board of directors includes the following:
