Allotment and Issue of New Ordinary Shares

Allotment

The Board of Foresight VCT plc is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of a public Top Up Offer dated 2 March 2012 (the "Offer") that 49,346 Ordinary Shares under the Top UP Offer were allotted and issued on 31 July 2012 at 127.10 pence per Ordinary Share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 49,346 Ordinary Shares in the Company to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Following this purchase there are now 27,734,155 Ordinary Shares in issue.
