On 11 September 2012, AS Merko Infra, which is a part of AS Merko Ehitus group, and OÜ Strantum entered into a contract to perform the construction works of water- and sewer pipelines and sewage pumping stations in Vääna-Jõesuu and Viti villages (public procurement no 134340, “Construction of Vääna-Jõesuu water- and sewer pipelines, part 1”. The scope of works includes construction of 24.9 km water- and 26.8 km sewer pipelines plus 12 sewage pumping stations.
Price of the contract is 7.73 million Euros (without customers 7% reserve), plus value added tax, and the works are to completed by spring 2015.
