The Board of Directors of Hofseth BioCare ASA (HBC) has today approved the final annual accounts for 2012. The annual accounts shows a profit with a difference of NOK 662 Thousand compared with the preliminary figures reported with the fourth quarter results on 28 February 2013. The BoD has chosen to not recognize the deferred tax asset in the balance sheet.Tax expenses for 2012 are reversed tax income from previous years.
