At the Annual General Meeting of Nykredit Bank on 18 March 2014, Karsten Knud-sen and Per Ladegaard announced their retirement from the Board of Directors as at the end of March 2014. Michael Rasmussen, Group Chief Executive of the Nykredit Group, was elected for the Board of Directors with effect from 1 April 2014.
The Board of Directors subsequently consists of:
- Michael Rasmussen, Group Chief Executive
- Søren Holm, Group Managing Director
- Henrik Kæthius Asmussen (staff-elected), Head of Frequent Issuer Desk
- Olav Brusen Barsøe (staff-elected), Wealth Management Adviser
- Kim Duus, Group Managing Director
- Allan Kristiansen (staff-elected), Chief Account Manager
- Bente Overgaard, Group Managing Director.
At its first board meeting after 1 April 2014, the Board of Directors intends to elect Michael Rasmussen as its chairman and Søren Holm as its deputy chairman.
At the Bank's board meeting today, 19 March 2014, the Board of Directors decided to expand the Bank's Executive Board to include Jesper Berg, Senior Vice President.
The Bank's Executive Board subsequently consists of:

- Lars Bo Bertram, Managing Director
- Jesper Berg, Managing Director.
