Foresight VCT plc Ordinary Shares

The Board is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 26 September 2013 (the "Offer"), 1,285,422 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each were allotted on 31 March 2014 on an issue price based on a Net Asset Value of 91.0 pence per share.

Application has been made for the admission of the 1,285,422 Ordinary Shares to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 9,951,518 Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 37,244,719 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
