AKVA group ASA : Mandatory notification of trade by primary insider

Egersund Group AS has today transferred 343 550 shares in AKVA group ASA valued at NOK 14.00 per share to Rogaland Sjøtjenester AS, against the transfer by Rogaland Sjøtjenester AS of its shares in YesMaritime AS to Egersund Group AS. The transfers are made in connection with AKVA group ASA's acquisition of 100 % of the shares in YesMaritime AS from Egersund Group AS, as announced in the company's stock exchange notice dated 22 January 2014.

Subsequent to the transfer Egersund Group AS will hold 22 240 115, which corresponds to 86.09 %, of the shares and votes in AKVA group ASA.

Egersund Group AS is represented in the board of AKVA group ASA by Hans Kristian Mong (chairman of the board) and Frode Teigen (board member ).
