The 2014 Registration document includes:
- The 2014 financial report;
- The report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the conditions for preparing and organizing the Board's activities, the internal control and risk management procedures;
- Details of the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
- The description of the share buy-back program.
