Under Section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act, we herewith advise that the total maximum number of voting rights is 30,994,258 and that the total share capital amounts to nom. DKK 30,994,258.

As of 22 June 2018, a total of 377,200 shares had been bought under the share buy-back programme.
