"Food safety is an unavoidable baseline for the quality of agricultural products," said Zhang Shuzheng, Operations Director of the company's Fruit and Vegetable Purification and Pesticide Residue Removal Factory. "This newly operational agricultural product purification processing line is 120 metres long and features over 30 purification units. Fruits and vegetables can complete pesticide residue removal in just over 20 minutes."
"Relying on deep oxidation, molecular resonance, and self-developed biological agents, crops go through processes including primary cleaning, a micro-molecular mist chamber, first-, second-, and third-level purification, water removal and air drying, and sorting and packaging. This solution has a pest and disease early warning accuracy of over 90% and is expected to achieve fertiliser savings of over 15% and water savings of over 20%, genuinely reducing costs and increasing efficiency for growers.
