ER Urgent Care Centers Reach Agreement To Add Sixth Location to Network of Centers
MIAMI, July 22, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- ER Urgent Care Centers (Pink Sheets:ERUG) is proud to announce that it has come to terms with Derrick and Tiffany Davis as the newest licensees to do business as ER Urgent Care and they will be signing a network agreement to join the ER Urgent Care network of urgent care centers. This will bring the total number of ERUG locations to six, four of which will have been added this year. Mr. Davis is a licensed Physician Assistant who has a Masters in Public Health & Epidemiology. He has also worked for the Veteran's Administration and the Florida Department of Health. Mrs. Davis is an accountant and will be handling the bookkeeping for the practice.
