Frequency Electronics, Inc. Declares Semi-Annual Dividend
MITCHEL FIELD, N.Y., Sept. 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Frequency Electronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:FEIM) has declared a cash dividend of $0.10 per share, payable on December 1, 2007 to shareholders of record on October 31, 2007. The Board took this action in conformance with its established policy regarding a semi-annual cash dividend.

Fonteno Re-Appointed to PHA Commission
HOUSTON, Sept. 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- By a unanimous vote, the Harris County Commissioners Court re-appointed James W. Fonteno Jr. to the Port Commission of the Port of Houston Authority (PHA) for another two years. Initially appointed to the PHA commission in January 1999, Fonteno serves as chair of the Port of Houston Authority's Cruise Task Force and is a member of PHA's Pension Committee and Pilot Task Force. Port Commissioners are appointed biannually and serve without pay.

Gulf Western Petroleum Announces 9th Successful Texas Frio Well
HOUSTON, Sept. 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Gulf Western Petroleum Corporation ("Gulf Western") (OTCBB:GWPC) (Frankfurt:GER), is pleased to announce that the Goodrich-Delaplain No. 1 well has been drilled and casing has been set to a depth of 3496'. The well is currently awaiting completion and testing. The Goodrich-Delaplain No. 1 natural gas well is part of the Brushy Creek V Natural Gas Project located in Lavaca County, Texas. The Project is a two well project and the wells were originally generated by utilizing newly acquired 3D seismic data. Both new wells test the amplitude anomalies with strong trough over peak 3D seismic expressions.
