Statkraft majority owner of Baltic Cable AB

Statkraft acquired 1/3 of the shares of Baltic Cable AB in January 2002 from E.ON Energie AG, and from June 2002 secured the right to use an additional 1/3 owned by E.ON Scandinavia AB. In January 2004, the purchase of this 1/3 has been closed. As a result, Statkraft now owns 2/3 and Sydkraft 1/3. The operations of the cable will not change as a result of this transaction.
