In continuation of FirstFarms' present CEO Per Villumsen in the future with title as COO wishes to concentrate his work in FirstFarms on running the farms in Slovakia, and in Eastern Romania and future agricultural holdings, the Board of Directors has initiated the search for a new CEO.
Per Villumsen, who has an agricultural background, replaced his seat on the Board of Directors in FirstFarms with the position as CEO for FirstFarms in the beginning of 2010 in connection with FirstFarms' need for a stabilisation of the operation and the implemented purchases of land in Romania. Per Villumsens job as CEO was up front agreed to be temporary.
FirstFarms' new CEO's main task will be to develop FirstFarms further after the visions stipulated at the company's stock exchange listing; namely to be a listed platform for operation of several large agricultural holdings in Eastern Europe.
